A 3-year journey at Vinfast

It has been 3 years since I arrived at Vinfast. There have been four phases of the project completed so far. It has been such a long journey with precious experiences.

The most memorable time for me was the beginning of the project when the weather was awful, with heavy rain causing flooding. The road was in a terrible condition, which hindered the transportation of materials. However, the Executive Committee’s members were really great. We helped each other and together we carried out the project. I was very fortunate to receive support and empathy from management, the Project Director and the members of the Executive Committee. It is the members’ spirit that gives me the strength I need to best complete my tasks.
