Automatic sun louver with remote control

In a BM Windows’ project for SSIS school, the automatic sun louver with remote control is one of the highlights. This is an aluminum anodized sun louver in an ellipse shape with a dimension of 50x300x1.9mm. The height of the project’s largest set of sun louvers is up to 3m.

An automatic sun louver includes: a reciprocating electric motor, motor control center, fixed angle controller, remote angle controller and wind sensor. The louver’s top and bottom ends are connected to a rotating shaft. The aluminum louver is linked to the connecting rod, the motor is fixed on the ceiling and linked to the connecting rod. When the reciprocating electric motor ejects or retracts, the louvers rotate around the shaft to adjust the angle. The wind sensor is located on the outside when the outdoor wind speed is greater than the speed set by the engineer. This sensor sends a signal to the control center so that all the louvers can be closed to prevent damage. This system of aluminum louvers can be used for both sun protection and an aesthetic purpose. In every project, BM Windows strives to deliver high-tech products that are aesthetic, modern, and functional.
