BM VISION – BUSINESS LEADERSHIP
BM Vision 07/2018 was held on July 28, 2018 at Callary Center with the participation of BM Windows leaders and speaker Mr. RAYMINDO ZEZIEL.
The seminar “BUSINESS LEADERSHIP” helps every member of BM Vision Club have an action plan to improve themselves in the role of leader. Everyone has the same target message: in order to become a good leader, we shall be good at managing ourselves, then managing our staffs and finally managing the job.
BM Vision members
Mr. Raymindo Zeziel with 15 years of experience in consulting and training at more than 40 major corporations in Vietnam has brought diverse content with Western culture and integrated with Vietnam culture through practical experience and discussion on case studies of 7 leadership principles.
The main content include: 7 leadership principles toward Client (internal Client: colleagues, co-workers; and external Client); How to apply to daily work; and Define and renew leadership style.
7 leadership principles including:
- Declare service a top priority
- Be a great role model
- Promote a common service language
- Measure what really matters
- Enable & empower your team
- Remove the roadblocks to service
- Substance focus and enthusiasm
After the program, members of BM Vision Club learn 3 most important things: Leader as an example to follow; importance of Communication and motivation to subordinates; listening to other’s comments.
BM Windows Management Board gave honor to 2 Individual Award of 07/2018 for their enthusiasm and dedication in work:
