BM Windows accelerates in Australia: 3 new projects in early 2026
BM Windows continues to strengthen its presence in Australia with three new projects: 133 Liverpool Street – Sydney; 1A Constitution Avenue; and the B316 Sciences Building. These additions build on our growing portfolio of landmark developments in Sydney such as 55 Pitt Street and Atlassian Central, as well as major projects in Canberra including The Grande and 15 Sydney Avenue.
133 Liverpool Street – Sydney (51-storey tower)
Designed by renowned architect Candalepas Associates, this new landmark will soon become a defining feature on the southern edge of Hyde Park, reshaping Sydney’s skyline with its sculptural form and refined elegance. It is also one of the most technically demanding projects BM Windows is currently delivering in Australia, requiring international-level quality assurance and control.

1A Constitution Avenue – Canberra
Targeting carbon neutrality, the building is designed to operate fully on electricity and aims to achieve 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS ratings—setting a new benchmark for green architecture in Canberra. BM Windows is responsible for the unitized curtain wall scope, featuring complex technical requirements and demanding absolute precision, fast-track delivery, and close coordination among all stakeholders.

B316 Sciences Building – Curtin University
A purpose-built facility supporting STEM education and scientific research, featuring a high-performance façade system. BM Windows is committed to delivering the project on schedule while meeting strict performance and quality standards.

With three new projects secured in early 2026, BM Windows continues to demonstrate its capability in delivering large-scale developments under the most demanding technical standards in Australia. This is not only a key growth milestone, but also a strong testament to BM Windows’ commitment to providing world-class façade solutions—safe, sustainable, and performance-driven for every project.
