BM WINDOWS INTERNAL TRAINING 11/2018

Continuing investment in human resource development, BM Windows frequently organized internal training sessions with a variety of contents and fields so that the members can improve their knowledge, enhance their skills and increase their job performance.

On 07/11/2018, the LIS (Legal – Information System) Department together with the representative of QMS (Australia) implemented the Internal Assessment Training Program for Enterprise Environmental Management System ISO14001: 2015. Under the guidance of QMS Specialist & Mr. Tran Vu Quynh –  LIS Board, BM Windows members understands the basics of internal auditing and evaluation of standards systems, to control the integrated management system ISO 9001: 2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007 & ISO 14001: 2015.

In addition, the Training Course How To Make Construction Quotation was held on 10/11/2018, with the presentation of Mr. Nguyen Van Tai – Tender Department. Bidding helps the site management team to be proactive in quotation of additional items (VE) and manage the finance more effectively. During the discussion, each study case is explained in specific problems and solutions. Thus, the confidence is higher when working with the Clients and Partners.
