BM Windows’ landmark projects in the Australian market
Australia is known for its stringent technical standards in the façade industry, emphasizing energy efficiency, safety regulations, sustainability, and weather resistance. To proactively meet these high standards, BM Windows has built a solid foundation of expertise, collaborated with international partners who have deep market knowledge, enhanced production capabilities, and integrated digital technology into its operations. With dedication and an innovative mindset, BM Windows has gained the trust of leading partners in Australia, contributing to large-scale, high-end projects in major cities.
15 Sydney Avenue, Canberra
15 Sydney Avenue is a premium office building located in a prime position near government agencies, just 500 meters from Parliament House, reflecting the significance of this new mixed-use development. For this project, BM Windows provided a full aluminum-glass façade package, including unitized curtain walls, strip glazing, swing doors, aluminum louvers, skylights, and more.
This high-end project required specialized technical solutions to meet Canberra’s climate conditions and building standards. The modern architecture demanded a high-performance façade design and optimal energy efficiency. BM Windows utilized fully ceramic-coated double-glazed units to enhance aesthetics and maximize energy performance. With a U-value of 2.4 W/m²K and a Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.24, the 15 Sydney Avenue façade aims for a 4.5 NABERS rating and a 5-star Green Building certification.

The Grande, Canberra
The Grande 70 Allara is BM Windows’ next project in Canberra. This development consists of three towers, ranging from 6 to 8 stories, with a total of 332 apartments. BM Windows is supplying nearly 30,000m² of façade elements, including window walls, sliding doors, skylights, aluminum fins, aluminum panels, ceramic panels, terracotta elements, and glass balustrades. The first shipments have already arrived on-site, with the initial panel installation scheduled for late February 2025.

Atlassian Central, Sydney
BM Windows has recently joined another significant project - Atlassian Central, located in the vibrant heart of Sydney. The company is responsible for key façade elements, including the podium façade, curtain walls, glass balustrades, solid cladding panels, and louvers.
What makes this project remarkable is not just its scale but also its commitment to sustainability. The design incorporates eco-friendly materials, aligning with modern green architecture principles. Once completed, Atlassian Central will be one of Australia’s most unique green buildings and the world’s tallest hybrid timber-and-steel tower currently under construction.

"Although Vietnam's façade industry has not traditionally been highly recognized on the global stage, our proven execution capabilities affirm that BM Windows will continue to bring Vietnamese façade innovation to the world." - Mr. Trần Văn Tiến, CEO of BM Windows, speaking at the Zak World of Façades international conference in Sydney on February 20.
BM Windows’ presence in Australia and other international markets stands as a testament to the company’s development capabilities and commitment to delivering high-quality façade solutions. By meeting the most rigorous global standards, BM Windows is making its mark on the world stage.
