BM Windows launches a training program for “Developing Leadership Habits”

As part of a series of training activities for BM Windows’ members, a course named “Developing leadership habits” was launched on Saturday, November 7. This is an intensive training course, catering for around 70 BM Windows’ Site Managers, and covers 6 topics and 2 key skills: Management Skills & Leadership Skills.

“Developing Leadership Habits” Training Activity

The course is designed to enhance the knowledge of potential managers to meet the company’s development needs. When joining this course, learners will also gain a better understanding of a Site Manager’s general competencies, including project management requirements, confidence, and how to represent BM Windows in conveying the company’s culture to colleagues, partners and customers. The course will help learners improve their leadership skills, maximize available resources and learn to be highly productive at work.
