BM Windows premier of BM Vision club
On May 27th 2017, BM Windows successfully organized the BM Vision Club Premier Festival at En Tea House & Restaurant at 308C Dien Bien Phu, Ward 4, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City with the attendance of 60 members of the club across the country.
Besides constantly expanding production, business, and technology investment, human resources development is considered the core strategy of BM Windows today. For the purpose of training, buildinging the main work force of BM Windows, BM Vison Club was established so that members have the opportunity to exchange, learn and reinforce the knowledge and skills needed in the company as well as in life.

BM Vision Club consists of 60 members who are the key personnel of the Departments at the office, the factory and the Commanders, engineers, supervisors from the construction site across the country. Le Quang Nghia, Head of BM Vision Club, shared that the birth of BM Vision Club is a important milestone in the development of human resources in order to seek and cultivate individuals with excellent technical qualifications and at the same time full leadership qualities so they can become the core personnel of the company.
Also in the ceremony, Mr. Tran Van Tien – General Director of BM Windows said that the Board of Management holds very high expectation in the birth of BM Vision Club. This is a step in the right direction and is consistent with the development of BM Windows in the new time. With the strengths and the elite staffs that BM Windows possesses, it will be the premise for the strong development of the company in the future.

The share has helped the club members to consolidate knowledge useful in the process of project implementation.

BM Vision Club will be held monthly, each session is an attractive topic revolving around soft skills needed in work as well as in life. In the near future, BM Vision Club will become the core training of BM Windows, creating the best conditions for key personnel to maximize their capabilities and skills and contribute to the overall development of the company.
