BM Windows reviews first half, unveiling Business Production plan for second half of 2024
BM Windows recently reviewed our activities for the first half of 2024 and outlined key actions for the last part of the year. The report focused on key goals: robust international market development, maintaining domestic market share, technology advancement, production expansion, and enhancing workforce capabilities to meet global technical standards.
The executive report event is when the BM Windows team reviews the results of the first 6 months, and, more importantly, announces the directions and goals to be delivered in the next part of the year. On the day, the Directing Team and Managers also had an all-deck meeting to exchange ideas, provide feedback, and propose solutions to ensure the achievement of 2024 goals.
In the first half, BM Windows marked a milestone when proceeding over 100 domestic and international projects, alongside private ventures such as Marina Central Tower, Thu Thiem Zeit River, Global City, The Rivus, Heritage Westlake, Dwight School, Masterise Hang Bai, The Royal Da Nang, Maia Quy Nhon, and the T&T project cluster. Additionally, BM Windows made significant progress in international markets with projects like The One Toronto, 15 Sydney Avenue, Marriott Hotel (Vancouver), and The Grande (Australia), exporting to challenging markets with strict requirements, including the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The facts and figures emphasize our spirit towards excellence and new distinct direction in the event of downsize economy.
Looking forward, BM Windows aims to strengthen production capacity and has initiated Phase 1 construction of the BM Windows Bac Ninh factory in Yen Phong Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province. This factory, covering 20,000 m² as total and 10,000 m² in Phase 1, will operate with a capacity of 300,000 m² per year. BM Windows also speaks our commitment to technology innovation and enhancing work quality through specialized training programs for façade specialists.
For the second half of 2024, BM Windows will focus on three strategic pillars: Lean - strategies for streamlined thinking and management, Craftsmanship - emphasizing human capacity, and Transformation - systemic capabilities alongside human resources. BM Windows remains dedicated to advancing company capabilities when entering the next part of 2024 journey.
