“Building Management Habits” Training Organization

On April 9, 2021 at the Hanoi office, there was a training session on the topic of “Building Management Habits” with the participation of Mr. Tran Van Tien – General Director cum Lecturer of the training session. He shared with the participants the necessity of promoting individual capabilities in the collective, thereby streamlining the role of each member in order to develop the organization into a unified whole and maximize its strength.

At the Ho Chi Minh City office, at the same date and time, a training session on the “Building Management Habits” topic was also taking place with the focus on “Negotiation and Discussion Skills”. This week’s content was delivered by Mr. Vo Trang Thang – Executive Director with much interesting and useful content.

Through the session, the trainees all grasped the concepts, implementation methods and “tips” to help negotiate effectively. Through in-class role-play, the trainees had an opportunity to apply the theory of negotiation they were learning with partners, contractors, suppliers and investors.
