“Business Integration for Private Sales and Construction Engineering Division” Training Organization

In the first quarter of 2021, the Private Sales Division welcomed many new members, especially among the sales team. In order for the recruits to better understand the profession and field as well as the company culture, on April 2, the first session with the title “Introduction to BM WINDOWS” was shared by Ms. Hoang Bich Thuy, Sales Director, with sales staff of the Private Sales Division. Through this, the members also had an opportunity to access information about BM WINDOWS in general and the Private Sales Division in particular, thereby understanding what elements a BM Homes Salesman’s profile will come from.

At the same time, the “Construction Engineering” Training Course held its twelfth session with “Problem Solving and Critical Skills” being taught by Mr. Vo Trang Thang, Executive Director. During the session, the members were involved in discussing situations and practicing problem-solving. After listening to the sharing from Mr. Vo Trang Thang, the course’s participants were able to equip themselves with the confidence and ability to express themselves clearly and the flexibility in criticizing and solving problems that may be encountered at work and in life.
