Honnoring employees of the month
In order to get more motivation as well as to acknowledge the contributions of all members of BM Windows for the overall development of the company, the Board of Directors decided to carry out the activity of honors: EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH. This will be one of the key criteria for the board to vote for the dedication prize at the end of the year.
Implementation:
- Target: BM Windows staff in both North and South areas including: Office, project site, factory.
- Implementation time: officially launched in 04/2017, once a month
- Method of selection:
- Representatives of departments, offices, factories are tasked to propose excellent individuals of the month.
- Each individual has the right to “apply” if they find themselves worthy.
- The board will evaluate objectively and select the best employees to be honored and rewarded (cash).
- Selected individual will be honored on the information system of BM Windows.
- Criteria: Being dynamic, creative at work, and constantly strive to excellently accomplish assigned tasks. In addition, the Board also pays special attention to individuals with unique ideas, contributing positively to improving the quality of products and services – shorten the time – reduce costs in work.
- Number of awards: 2 employees / month
- Results announcing: The last meeting of the month
This is one of the activities demonstrating the determination of the Board of BM Windows in the development of human resources. Hope that each individual takes it as a motivator, sets a clear goal for the job, turns energy into power, transforms will into action. That is how we move forward and take BM Windows to new heights.
