HOW TO IMPROVE COMMUNICATION
Nowadays, working environment is more dynamic, competition is more aggressive, so it is necessary to improve software skills for better coordination. Soft skills (or social skills) include skills of communication, teamwork, time management, creativity and innovation… These skills must be learnt and practiced until becoming unconditional reaction and habit. Soft skills play an important role in success, containing 50% in job performance.
Communication Skills is important and necessary for each individual work. The communication is the means of connections among colleagues, expressing ideas, requests and persuading others.
Mr. Pham Canh Dong shares study cases
Internal training with the topic of effective communication skill is organized on 13/10/2018 at HCM Office for BM Windows project leaders, helping them to improve performance at sites. The theoretical content is only 10%, the rest is discussion study cases and sharing difficulties during work, so as to develop the solutions for these cases.
