Motorized aluminum louvers – uniqueness comes from structure
The implementation of motorized aluminum louvers is very challenging, requiring hi-tech precision. In Vietnam, there is only one Dong A Land sample house that has motorized aluminum louvers. This design was implemented by BM Windows.
The aluminum louvers are arranged in two layers of opposite-direction motion. The whole system is powered by electricity. Round-tube louvers resembling bamboo tubes both contribute to the appearance of the sample house and provide protection from the sun. The project’s biggest challenge was to design a drive system so that the aluminum bars wouldn’t collide with each other or make any loud noises during their movement.
