The Nexus with Strict Quality Control Process

The Nexus was subjected to rigorous quality control testing, including PMU testing, at the Winwall Laboratory Center in Singapore.

This is the first project in Vietnam to use the stringent testing conditions of "Raise Stack Joint to Max, Extension" (20mm), which were previously used only in Singapore projects.

Meinhardt, a facade design consulting firm, praised the Nexus for passing all of the required tests and meeting all of the necessary criteria.

The Nexus facade sample has been tested for air tightness, water tightness, wind pressure resistance, and detailed load capacity as follows:

- Air infiltration test with Plk = +300 Pa;

- Water tightness test by static pressure with Pln= +1440 Pa;

- Dynamic water penetration test with Pln= +1440 Pa;

- Structural performance test with Pkc = ±2400 Pa;

- Strength test at ultimate limit state with Pch = ±3600 Pa (Proof test with 150% design wind load).
