Organization of “Developing Leadership Habit: Effective Assignment – Authorization & Control”
On the afternoon of March 27, the 5th session called ‘Effective Assignment – Authorization & Control’ of the “Developing Leadership Habit” course took place on the 2nd floor of HCM Office. The course trainer, Mr. Vo Trang Thang (Managing Director), spoke about how important assignment and authorization are and how to carry out assignment and authorization effectively. Learners also heard about real work situations to gain skills regarding assignment and authorization as a manager.
