The 55 Pitt Street façade system has successfully passed a series of stringent tests in accordance with AS/NZS 4284, Australia’s façade testing standard. These results provide confidence for the manufacturing process, ensuring that the façade will deliver high performance and fully comply with international quality standards.

At the Center for Architecture New York (AIA New York | Center for Architecture), BM Windows is honored to be the only international company recognized at the 2025 Vitruvian Honors & Awards. Among 17 façade companies honored, for BM Windows, this recognition is not only a milestone but also a testament to shared values and vision that connect the global façade community. It affirms our unwavering commitment to elevating Vietnamese façade engineering — anchored in innovation, sustainability, and global responsibility.

BM Windows' skill competition "Craftsmanship Power" held last weekend showcased 16 teams demonstrating their skills and teamwork through various categories, including semi-finished products, assembly, and the finalization of sliding doors and unitized systems, with the support of the Factory's Management Team and production engineers.
Behind all these excitements, it was time when we, together, reflected on the importance of nurturing skills in creating high-quality façade products. As one of the few pioneering companies in the aluminum and glass façade industry in Vietnam, BM Windows is continually striving toward the goal of "Go Global" and embracing sustainable development trends. This serves as the motivation for each of us to constantly enhance our craftsmanship and create the best value for every product.

As July arrives, it's time for BM WINDOWS' team to celebrate our business anniversary date on July 19th. Throughout our journey, each transformation we've undertaken holds its meaning, embodying our forward-moving spirit. From humble beginnings with façade projects: Masteri Thao Dien, Imperia Hai Phong, Viettel Headquarters, and Hilton Saigon, to reputation-building endeavors: The One Toronto, International Airport, and Marina Central Tower... From our first factory to the subsequent expansion across 4 new factories nationwide. Starting with first employees, to hundreds of talents with extensive experience, knowledge, and expertise, meeting global technical standards. Notably, with trust and ambition at our core, BM WINDOWS gradually takes steps to elevate Vietnamese façade craftsmanship onto the world stage. These milestones are not only coming from our determination and willingness, but also a deep passion for aluminum and glass façades that we relentlessly pursue, guiding our path forward.

The landscape steel framework for The Opera Residence, totaling 29 tons in weight, was expertly installed by BM WINDOWS over a continuous 36-hour period using a 225-ton Katon crane, boasting a reach of up to 70 meters.
Given the non-standard designs, all project elements were precision-fabricated at the factory and subsequently transported to the construction site for assembly. This approach was employed to ensure absolute safety, maintain high-quality standards, and meet the project's aesthetic objectives.

Subsequently, with the effort and determination to "revive" a symbol of the city, BM WINDOWS breathed new life into the project. In harmony with the hustle and bustle of Saigon, each façade piece of IFC One is connected as continuously as the flow of citizens that never rest.
And the moment when the last façade module was finally installed, IFC One was 'awakened' proudly after a long sleep. A block of cold concrete now wears on a splendid new appearance, shimmering with Saigon's silhouette through each unique facade.

With a height of more than 185m, the 43-story building is the third tallest building in the city. IFC One has distilled and reflected the elegance, dynamic, and vigorous spirit of the city through its architectural languages. On the east side, the curvy elevation harmonizes with the soft movement of the Saigon River, opening up a wide vision of the city center that is constantly changing and developing. On the west side, the square elevations can create dialogues with the long-standing building blocks along the street. Overall, IFC marks a monumental ending point on one of the oldest streets of Saigon, where many office towers are located.
