BM Vision club on “Teamwork spirit”
Teamwork spirit is considered an indispensable working skill in modern society, helping each individual in self-development and bringing efficiency to work. So, how to teamwork effectively? To answer this question, on the morning of July 22nd 2017, at the Van Thanh resort, Ho Chi Minh City, BM Vision Club held a meeting with the theme “Teamwork Spirit”. The program attracted nearly 80 members of the BM Vision club nationwide.
Mr. Nguyen Dac Khuc – Director of BM Windows Factory shared the spirit of teamwork
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dac Khuc – Director of BM Windows Factory brought useful knowledge and experience of teamwork skills. He emphasized that each group’s member had to reconcile their self, put themselves into the common good of the group. He also provides key skills to build a team spirit that is sustainable and effective, including: Listening, questioning, persuading, respecting, supporting, sharing, and collaborating. At the end of the talk, Mr. Nguyen Dac Khuc introduced the teamwork elements of BM Windows and received the enthusiastic response of all club’s members. Specifically, the team spirit of BM Windows is built on four factors:
- BM Windows is one
- Always put the group spirit first
- Responsibility belongs to each individual
- The right job for the right person
And in addition to the change efforts of each team member, the role of the leader is extremely important to build an effective teamwork spirit. In the second part of the meeting, Mr. Le Mien Thuy – General Director of Ricons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, the guest speaker of the show, had shared some interesting insight from his actual experience about the leader’s role in developing teamwork.

According to Le Mien Thuy, the leader is not the ruler but the administrator. In addition to the task of developing strategies and developing human resources, leaders must know how to inspire and guide everyone to a common cause.
The program took place in an exciting atmosphere, with open exchanges between members of the club. Through this topic, members of BM Vision Club have accumulated valuable experience to apply to their own work and management process.
