BM Windows completes masterpiece The Opera - The Metropole Thu Thiem

Breaking away from the typical high-rise apartment building design, The Opera does not have typical floors. Instead, each floor has a unique façade system with distinctive variations. Therefore, the beauty of The Opera is truly complete when the overall building envelope is finished, connecting the multidirectional movements created by the language of aluminum and glass

The distinctive mark of The Opera's facade - The Metropole Thu Thiem

All these elements have brought to life the "perfect" architectural concept of an Opera symphony with dancing notes by the river.

Not only does The Opera boast a large volume, but it also features unique facade details with very high complexity. The staggered, curving unitized systems using two different glass colors in two directions are distinctive details that shape the unique appearance of the twin towers' façades. Additionally, the railing systems, louver windows, aluminum fins, and cladding panels vary in size on each floor.

The 'dance' of BM Windows facade engineering

Breaking away from the typical template of high-rise condominiums, The Opera does not feature typical floors; instead, each floor's facade system undergoes distinctive transformations. The project is designed with staggered, dynamic unitized systems, likened to a 'dance' of BM Windows facade engineering - a complex endeavor both architecturally and technically.

In total, there are 108 newly opened frames, over 30 facade elements, and 4 unique unitized systems tailored for the project. Every detail on The Opera's facade is carefully attended to, like individual notes in a symphony of facade design.

The project not only earns its title as an architectural masterpiece but also serves as a remarkable testament to the capabilities of BM Windows within the heart of the Thu Thiem Peninsula.
