BM Windows focuses on human resources development

With an aim of reinforcing and raising the quality of human forces, BM Windows continuously organizes training courses from basic training to specialized product and technical knowledge for all employees, especially freshly joined BM Windows engineers. Accordingly, on last March 4th 2017, BM Windows continued to assemble “Specialized Glass & BM Windows Product Overview” workshop with full attendance from most company employees.

With a complete and detailed content system, accompanied  by lively and intuitive imagery, the workshop provided all the useful information about the BM Windows Glass products; as well as providing the best measures to prevent mistakes that often occur during construction, processing, design.

The workshop was also attended by the representatives of Viglacera Corporation – Energy Saving Glass Factory, a leading company in the field of providing construction materials in Vietnam today. Representatives of Viglacera and engineer teams of BM Windows have exchanged and shared their in-depth knowledge about “Energy-saving glass”.

Such regular training courses is aligned with the strategy of maximizing human resources in terms of both “quality” and “quantity” of BM Windows Leaders. Currently, it is BM Windows’s urgent goal to empower the young, talented and enthusiastic staff so they can inherit and develop BM Windows’s great potentials. In addition, this potential human resource will be one of the key drivers for their new heights in 2017.
