Supervising the meticulous monitoring of the construction process
From the container trucks transporting BM WINDOWS façade panels to the construction site, the packages are lifted to each floor according to the project's construction schedule. At the staging area, workers proceed to install each panel in its designated position.
The entire process, from manufacturing to transportation to installation, is seamlessly coordinated by BM WINDOWS. The thorough attention to detail at every step ensures that BM WINDOWS upholds the project's quality standards as commitment.
Participating in quality inspection of The One's façade directly at the construction site
After a comprehensive evaluation of aesthetics and functionality, BM WINDOWS conducted a direct quality inspection of The One's façade within a sealed chamber constructed at the project site. The inspection session involved the investor, the main contractor, the façade consultant, the façade contractor, and the project manager.
Using field water spray testing according to ASTM standards, with the sealed chamber reaching a pressure of 300 Pa (American standard), BM WINDOWS’ façade products demonstrated high quality and excellent waterproofing capabilities after a long journey to Canada. The successful inspection results brought satisfaction to the investor and all participating parties, once again affirming BM WINDOWS' capabilities in this iconic project.
