A Closer Look at the Production of Large-Scale Curved Panels - 55 Pitt Street Project, Sydney
Following the successful completion of key VMU/PMU testing milestones, the 55 Pitt Street – Sydney project has officially entered the mass production phase at the manufacturing facility of BM Windows.
Here, the curtain wall components are executed under a highly standardized and rigorous production process, fully complying with the project’s technical requirements and international quality standards — from material preparation and production planning to fabrication and continuous QC/QA control at every stage.

From the very first panels produced at the factory, the form of 55 Pitt Street has begun to take shape.
More than façade components, each curved panel represents a combination of sculptural geometry and terracotta elements that help define the project’s distinctive architectural language.

Every curve, transition point, and finished surface is crafted with exceptional precision, creating an overall composition that is both fluid and powerful — perfectly reflecting the spirit of an iconic development in the heart of Sydney CBD.
The beauty of the façade is not driven by design alone, but also by manufacturing capability, disciplined quality control, and excellence embedded in every process. Throughout the implementation phase, multiple quality inspections and assessments have been conducted at the BM Windows factory, with the direct involvement of the Client, Architects, Façade Consultants & Construction Managers, along with international partners.

This close collaboration, combined with the dedication of the BM Windows team, demonstrates a strong commitment to transparency, responsibility, and stringent quality assurance, ensuring that every façade component delivered meets the most demanding requirements of globally recognized green building standards, including:
6-Star Green Star
NABERS Energy
WELL Core & Shell Platinum

Amid the rising towers of Sydney CBD, the curved façade panels are now being installed, gradually shaping a new green landmark for the city — 55 Pitt Street.
Proudly “Made in Vietnam,” the façade by BM Windows now stands at the heart of Sydney — a place where technical performance, quality, and sustainability are held to the highest global standards.
From Vietnam to Sydney, this journey goes beyond product export.
It is a statement of capability, quality, and confidence in Vietnam’s façade expertise on the international stage.
