BM Windows expands production capacity with new 100,000-sqm plant
The Chau Duc plant represents BM Windows’ largest investment to date, with a scale three times that of its existing factories. Covering a total area of 100,000 square meters, the facility is designed with an annual capacity of two million square meters and equipped with advanced automation systems and international-standard quality management processes.
This morning, October 10, BM WINDOWS officially broke ground on its new factory in Chau Duc, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey to expand production capacity, enhance quality standards, and align with international benchmarks. The ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong – Founding Chairman, along with the leadership team of the BM Windows Ecosystem, and distinguished clients and partners from Vietnam and abroad.
With the vision to become BM Windows’ new strategic manufacturing hub nationwide, the Chau Duc Factory represents the company’s largest investment to date, featuring a total area of 100,000 m² — three times larger than existing factories — and a designed capacity of 2 million m² per year.
The facility will be equipped with automated production lines, advanced technology, and a European-standard quality management system.
Strategically located within the Chau Duc Industrial Park, which is integrated into the expanded Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area and positioned at the international trade gateway of Southern Vietnam, the new factory will become a key industrial link in the regional ecosystem — enabling BM Windows to accelerate supply chain optimization and global export connectivity.

The project will integrate state-of-the-art technologies and the participation of international experts and highly skilled engineers, continuously innovating and optimizing processes to deliver the highest value to every project.
The Chau Duc Factory is designed by DB (Beyond Design & Build) and constructed by General Contractor SOL E&C, both members of the BM Windows Ecosystem — showcasing the power of internal synergy and comprehensive capability of the system.
