Clone of Strengthening Vietnamese façade capabilities in global markets through a growing portfolio of international projects

From landmark green buildings in Sydney and Canberra, education and research facilities in Australia, to commercial and high-rise residential developments in the United States, Canada, and Taiwan, BM Windows is steadily expanding its presence across developed markets. Each project requires not only stringent technical standards, but also strong capabilities in schedule management, quality control, and close international coordination.

55 Pitt Street, Sydney

In Sydney, the 55 Pitt Street project is entering an important stage in the production process for its high-performance green façade systems. Standing at 55 storeys, the project features typical façade panels weighing more than one tonne each and comprising over 1,000 individual components. Each panel undergoes rigorous inspection for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and colour consistency before delivery.

With its distinctive soft architectural curves, the façade system of 55 Pitt Street requires exceptional precision across every stage of production and assembly. The panels delivered by BM Windows will contribute to shaping the façade identity of an internationally recognised green building in the heart of Sydney.

133 Liverpool, Sydney

Designed by the renowned architectural firm Candalepas Associates, 133 Liverpool is expected to become a new highlight on the southern edge of Hyde Park, contributing to the transformation of Sydney’s skyline with its sculptural architectural form and refined aesthetic.

This is one of the technically complex projects that BM Windows is delivering in Australia. The project requires international-standard quality control across technical design, production, and final product completion before handover.

1A Constitution Avenue, Canberra

In Canberra, BM Windows is participating in the 1A Constitution Avenue project, a development that targets high standards in quality, operational performance, and sustainability.

The project is targeting 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS ratings, while being designed for all-electric operation, contributing to carbon neutrality goals. It is expected to become a new green architectural landmark in Australia’s capital.

BM Windows is responsible for the Unitized Curtain Wall package, which involves multiple complex technical requirements. The project demands high precision, strict schedule control, and seamless coordination among all stakeholders to realise the architectural vision and environmental standards of the development.

Atlassian Central, Sydney, Australia

Atlassian Central continues to be one of the major international projects that BM Windows is delivering in Australia. With its large scale and high technical requirements, Atlassian Central reflects BM Windows’ capabilities in production organisation, schedule management, and meeting international standards for complex façade projects.

B316 Sciences, Perth, Australia

BM Windows is participating in B316 Sciences, a university project in Australia envisioned as a modern laboratory and teaching facility for the future of education and research. The project is targeting a 6 Star Green Star rating, demonstrating a long-term commitment to sustainability through the integration of advanced academic spaces and environmental responsibility.

BM Windows’ involvement in B316 Sciences further demonstrates the company’s ability to contribute to high-quality projects where innovation, education, and sustainability converge.

Haas Automation, Nevada, United States

In the U.S. market, BM Windows has recently completed the Haas Automation project, delivering Punch Windows and Unitized Curtain Wall systems.

The project required high technical accuracy, stringent quality control processes, and deep façade expertise to meet the demanding standards of the U.S. market. Throughout the production process, all components were fabricated, assembled, fully inspected, and performance-checked at BM Windows’ factory before export.

The completion of shipments for Haas Automation reflects BM Windows’ commitment to delivering high-quality façade solutions, ensuring project schedules, complying with technical requirements, and maintaining stable operational capabilities across international markets.

Turtle Bay, Hawaii, United States

Turtle Bay Resort in Hawaii, United States, is a luxury resort located on the North Shore of Oʻahu, one of Hawaii’s most renowned coastal destinations. Now known as The Ritz-Carlton Oʻahu, Turtle Bay, the project occupies a unique oceanfront location, combining a seaside resort experience with natural landscapes and local cultural identity.

BM Windows is currently preparing for tooling and PMU implementation for the project, with the first shipment expected to be exported in September 2026.

Taipei Twins, Taiwan

Taipei Twins is a large-scale mixed-use development located in the Taipei Main Station area, one of the most important transportation hubs in Taipei. The project is currently in the design stage and preparing for PMU implementation at the end of May before moving into mass production.

BM Windows’ participation in Taipei Twins further expands the company’s presence in the Asian market, while reinforcing its ability to meet international-scale technical and project management standards.

SkyLiving, Canada

Following One Bloor West Toronto and Marriott Hotel Vancouver, SkyLiving is BM Windows’ next project in Canada. The 32-storey tower, developed by Allure Ventures, is located in Surrey City Centre, one of the most dynamic growth areas in Metro Vancouver, gradually shaping a modern, connected, and high-potential urban landscape.

Trusted by the local façade contractor, BM Windows is responsible for supplying key façade components for the project, including Window Wall, Swing Door, and Ceramic Glass Panels.

BM Windows’ involvement in SkyLiving marks another important milestone in the company’s journey to expand its international project portfolio. At the same time, the project demonstrates BM Windows’ capability to meet stringent technical, quality, and schedule requirements in developed markets.

With each international project, BM Windows not only delivers high-quality façade solutions, but also contributes to affirming the capabilities of Vietnam’s façade industry within the global supply chain.
