Vibrant Training Programs with Learning Hub
The Training Department has officially launched two Train the Trainer 2024 sessions, focusing on the inaugural topic, “Designing and Compiling Training Materials.” Over 50 company members, including managers from various departments, attended these sessions.
A sharing culture is a defining characteristic of BM Windows, emphasizing the transmission of knowledge, experiences, and insights through generations of dedicated members.
Initiating “Train the Trainer” 2024
In the session dedicated to the initial topic, attendees gained insights from Mr. Diep Minh Nghi, an expert with more than 20 years of experience in skills training and management. Following the lecture, attendees immediately applied their learning through individual exercises, using computers to produce outcomes directly after the session. Moreover, AI assistants were introduced to streamline preparation tasks, making them quicker, more efficient, and visually appealing.
With a new topic introduced monthly, course participants will refine a range of skills, from designing and compiling training materials to lecturing, coordinating activities, and evaluating classes to ensure learner effectiveness. Importantly, the course outcomes will be assessed and recognized through the participants' real-life sharing projects in 2024.
The “Train the Trainer” course is an essential component of the company's strategy for human resource development, aimed at fostering sustainable learning and enhancing the competitive edge of all employees. Completing the course also serves as a foundation for managerial development.
AI Application Workshop in Office Tasks
The workshop attracted keen interest from BM Windows’ Office and Production Division employees. With shared experiences in utilizing, exploring, and thoroughly researching AI applications, contributions from Mr. Tran Manh Cuong, Mr. Ngo Khanh Du, and Mr. Nguyan Toan Duc created a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere. The workshop introduced participants to various support tools like GPT, Gemini, Claude, and Copilot, and especially, how to effectively use virtual assistants for tasks including customer query responses, schedule management, appointment setting, event reminders, email writing, document drafting, quick information provision, and even stress-relieving conversations. It demonstrated how virtual assistants can save time, enhance work efficiency, prioritize important tasks, and improve productivity for participants.
