1A Constitution Avenue, Australia accelerates production to ensure project progress

After completing the VMU and PMU testing milestones at the end of last year, 1A Constitution Avenue is now entering an accelerated production phase at BM Windows’ factory to closely follow the overall project schedule. Located in Canberra, Australia, the project commenced in 2025 and is currently under construction.

As one of the projects BM Windows is implementing in Australia, 1A Constitution Avenue is positioned as a new green building in Canberra. The development is designed to operate entirely on solar energy and targets a 5-star Green Star rating together with a 5.5-star NABERS rating. At this project, BM Windows is responsible for the Unitized Curtain Wall package, a scope that involves complex technical requirements, high precision, strict schedule control and seamless coordination throughout the implementation process.

The acceleration of production not only demonstrates BM Windows’ proactive approach in meeting the project timeline, but also reflects its capability in manufacturing organization and quality control for international projects with demanding standards. Through 1A Constitution Avenue, BM Windows continues to affirm its ability to accompany large-scale façade projects in Australia, where progress, technical performance and finishing quality are consistently held to high standards

In a highly competitive market such as Australia, BM Windows is gradually building its presence through product quality, execution capability and meticulous attention to every stage of the process.

More than an international project, 1A Constitution Avenue stands as a testament to BM Windows’ capability in bringing “Made in Vietnam” façade solutions to markets with increasingly rigorous standards.
