The office building at 96 Phan Dang Luu – Quality is everything
Quality is everything: that is the “true value” that BM Windows always pursues and commits to all its projects. Nearly 1000 unitized “pieces” have recently been completed, giving the Office Building at 96 Phan Dang Luu, Phu Nhuan, HCM a strong, modern appearance.
The project features a zigzag facade designed and built by BM Windows, with a system that can withstand a wind load of 1.8 kPa and water pressure up to 700Pa. Double Low-E glass has also been used to provide a perfect solution for safety, soundproofing, heat absorption, and waterproofing for this grade A office building.
