Context

The Wínk Hotel showcases a highly unique architecture, with technical specifications thoroughly researched by the consulting firm Van Alest and the developer Indochina - Kajima.

BM WINDOWS has succeeded in harmoniously blending the essence of each aluminum and glass facade, adeptly adjusting to the local culture and climate conditions. At Wínk Da Nang, BM WINDOWS has opted for facade solutions that best suit the technical demands of the central coastal region. The aluminum fins not only accentuate the unique and identifiable facade of The Wínk brand but also effectively mitigate the sun's thermal impact on the interior.

The challenge presented

Aluminum and Glass Solutions for Marine Environments

BM WINDOWS has applied stringent standards across the entire facade system, from glass panels that withstand a wind pressure coefficient of 3.0 to paint that meets standard 2604 for excellent resistance to sea salt. In particular, the aluminum sunshade system is seamlessly integrated into the strip window facade using design codes synchronized with aluminum profiles. This approach, combined with a meticulously developed production plan, significantly enhances the facade's capacity to resist typhoon-level winds of up to category 15.

Perforated Aluminum Fins in 5 Striking Colors

Reflecting the essence of a 4.0 technology hotel, the innovative and intelligent design of The Wínk Hotels chain is immediately apparent through its facade language, as executed by BM WINDOWS. The multicolored aluminum fins, available in five distinct shades, are a defining characteristic of the Wínk Hotels chain, their radiance particularly striking in the central region's sunlight.

Low-E Double Glazing for Superior Insulation and Light Transmission

The project incorporates double glazing, specifically designed to eliminate noise transmission, alongside specialized sound-insulating materials within the facade system, achieving noise reduction up to 40 dB. The high-quality imported double-glazed units are coated with Low-E, enhancing light transmission and thermal insulation, and providing UV protection. This ensures a cool and comfortable interior environment, leading to efficient energy use within the building.
