BM Windows is a contractor for Sun Premier Village Kem Beach Resort – Phu Quoc Project, a group of luxury resorts & villas with panel doors made from aluminum honeycomb sandwich panels. 1220 door sets have been provided for 400 villas by BM WINDOWS.

A honeycomb sandwich panel comprises a facesheet and a honeycomb core. The facesheet can be made of PVDF coated aluminum, compact & composite aluminum, or natural stone coated aluminum. The honeycomb core is composed of many interconnected aluminum hexagon bars. The bars’ cores (3030) form a honeycomb with a thickness of 0.04-0.06mm and a height of 5-6mm.

Doors that are made from aluminum and coated with a honeycomb sandwich panel are lighter than doors made from wood, steel and other materials. In addition, honeycomb sandwich panels are sturdy with great bearing capacity, and they also have heat and sound insulation properties along with fire resistance and shockproof properties.
