BM Windows has officially secured the façade package for 220 Northbourne Avenue in Canberra, covering more than 66,000 m². The project marks another collaboration with GEOCON and further strengthens BM Windows’ growing presence in the Australian market.

Located in Braddon along Northbourne Avenue, 220 Northbourne Avenue is planned as a mixed-use development comprising four buildings, 543 apartments, retail spaces, resident amenities, and shared landscaped areas.

Positioned along Canberra’s light rail corridor, the development offers direct connections to the CBD and surrounding neighbourhoods, while contributing to the continued evolution of the city’s northern precinct.

220 Northbourne Avenue marks another collaboration between BM Windows and GEOCON, following The Grande in Canberra. Building on the experience gained through their previous collaboration, the new project brings a larger scale of partnership and higher requirements across façade engineering, manufacturing, and delivery.
