Four new projects, four distinct architectural contexts – BM Windows continues to expand its presence across the global architectural landscape. From southern Phu Quoc and Ho Chi Minh City to Canberra and Queenstown, each project brings a new setting for BM Windows to apply its expertise, strengthen its experience, and contribute to projects with increasingly diverse requirements.
Bai Dat Do S5 – Extending presence in Southern Phu Quoc
Building on its ongoing projects in Phu Quoc, BM Windows continues to expand its presence with Bai Dat Do S5, part of the Bai Dat Do mixed-use development in An Thoi. The project is located in one of the areas seeing significant investment as southern Phu Quoc takes shape as a new urban and resort destination, particularly as the island prepares to host major international events in the years ahead.
For BM Windows, the project further strengthens its experience in one of Vietnam’s most dynamic resort markets. Its presence at Bai Dat Do S5 also adds to a growing portfolio of projects across Phu Quoc, spanning aviation infrastructure, urban developments, and resort destinations, broadening both the company’s capabilities and project experience on the island.

King’s College Wimbledon Ho Chi Minh City – A new international education destination at The Global City
BM Windows continues to expand its presence in the education sector with King’s College Wimbledon Ho Chi Minh City, a new campus being developed at The Global City. The project brings the nearly 200-year educational heritage of King’s College School, Wimbledon to Vietnam.

The campus is designed to bring together academic spaces with facilities dedicated to sports, the arts, performance, and personal development, including science laboratories, creative studios, a theatre, and dedicated sports facilities. For BM Windows, its involvement in King’s College Wimbledon Ho Chi Minh City further extends the company’s portfolio into educational environments where the quality of space and the experience of its users are central to the design.

220 Northbourne Avenue – Continuing our partnership in Australia
In Canberra, BM Windows continues its collaboration with developer GEOCON through 220 Northbourne Avenue, a new development located along one of the key growth corridors in the Braddon area. With more than 500 apartments, ground-floor retail spaces, and shared amenities, the project is envisioned as a new urban development that brings together residential living, commerce, and everyday city life.

More notably, this marks another collaboration between BM Windows and GEOCON, building on their previous projects in Australia. Murchison Tower – Expanding our presence in New Zealand
Murchison Tower marks BM Windows’ renewed presence in New Zealand, opening another market within the company’s international growth. Located in Five Mile, Queenstown, the six-storey development is planned as a new commercial and office destination, adding workplace and retail space to one of Queenstown’s growing commercial areas.

The project also takes an architectural approach closely connected to its local context. According to Plus Studio, the stepped form of Murchison Tower draws inspiration from the Remarkables mountain range, with its materials and architectural lines arranged to create a connection between the building and Queenstown’s distinctive landscape. For BM Windows, the project is not simply a new destination on the international map, but an opportunity to enter another market, engage with a different architectural context, and take on new project requirements.
