BM Windows Chau Duc Factory Grand Opening

The BM Windows Chau Duc Factory has officially opened, marking a significant step in the company’s strategy to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities and complete an integrated façade value chain aligned with international standards. Located in the Sonadezi Chau Duc Industrial Park, the factory spans 100,000 m² and has a total designed capacity of 2.2 million m² of façade per year. Developed in line with LEED Gold standards, the facility is positioned to become one of Southeast Asia’s leading large-scale façade manufacturing hubs.

The Grand Opening welcomed nearly 300 guests, including representatives from more than 150 clients and partners across 18 countries, as well as companies within the broader ecosystem. Their presence reflected the trust, long-standing collaboration and collective strength behind this meaningful milestone.

“The Chau Duc Factory is not simply an expansion of our manufacturing capacity. It is an important part of BM Windows’ strategy to complete its value chain. We expect the facility to become a centre for façade engineering and comprehensive solutions for landmark projects in Vietnam and international markets, contributing to the global advancement of Vietnamese façade engineering. Looking back on our journey, what makes me most proud is not BM Windows’ growth or the scale of this new factory, but the united team we have built—one that consistently demonstrates the highest level of responsibility and dedication to the profession. This reflects the capability, resilience and ambition of everyone at BM Windows.”  - Nguyen Ba Duong, Founder Chairman of BM Windows

The Chau Duc Factory represents more than an increase in scale. It establishes a new manufacturing platform designed to meet increasingly demanding international façade standards. “At BM Windows, we believe that development is not only about becoming larger, but about becoming better every day. The Chau Duc Factory is a strategic investment that responds to current production requirements while preparing carefully for the future—with greater readiness in scale, technology, operational capability, systems and people—to elevate the standards of Vietnamese façade engineering.” - Mr. Tran Van Tien, Chief Executive Officer of BM Windows

Developed in two phases, the factory is equipped with advanced production lines from Elumatec, Germany. SAP ERP and Elusoft are integrated to enable seamless data connectivity across design, manufacturing and project delivery. Its strategic location also provides significant logistical advantages. The facility is approximately 30 km from Cai Mep Deep-Water Port and Long Thanh International Airport, and around 60 km from Cat Lai Port and Ho Chi Minh City. By combining scale, technology, digital management and strategic connectivity, the Chau Duc Factory serves as a key manufacturing hub within BM Windows’ production network. It will support export growth and bring “Made in Vietnam” façade engineering to more landmark projects in Vietnam and international markets.

For BM Windows, sustainability is embedded in its long-term manufacturing strategy. The Chau Duc Factory has been developed in line with LEED Gold standards, supporting a greener, more modern and efficient production model.

Approximately 20,000 m² of the site has been allocated to green space, complemented by a rooftop solar power system with a capacity of up to 2,500 kWp. The factory also maximises natural daylight, improves energy efficiency, promotes recycling and reduces environmental impact.

Sustainable development at BM Windows also begins with people. A total of 6,000 m² has been dedicated to offices and supporting facilities, including a showroom, workspaces for engineers and specialists, quality control rooms, an auditorium, workshop and training areas, a canteen, employee rest areas, specialist accommodation and sports facilities.

The Chau Duc Factory is therefore not only a place where façade products are manufactured to international standards. It is also an environment where people can work, learn and grow together—creating a sustainable foundation for BM Windows’ continued development.

With the factory now officially operational, Chau Duc becomes one of the strategic pillars of BM Windows’ manufacturing network. It strengthens the company’s journey to bring Vietnamese façade engineering to the global stage—guided by sincerity in collaboration, quality in every product and responsibility in every project.
