Project Overview
Betrimex Tower, located in a prime area in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, officially opened in May 2025. More than just a workplace, it stands as a symbol of commitment to sustainable development.

The building has proudly achieved LEED BD+C Gold certification—one of the world's most prestigious and rigorous green building standards. To earn this certification, the project implemented a wide range of advanced sustainable solutions.

The building plays a key role in Betrimex’s “Zero Waste Strategy,” reflecting the company’s strategic commitment to minimizing environmental impact through a comprehensive sustainable development approach.

The façade meets LEED Gold standards
The façade system of the Betrimex office tower is a prime example of green design that meets international standards. It is one of the façade systems implemented by BM Windows in accordance with LEED BD+C Gold standards—an esteemed certification granted by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Every design detail has been carefully considered to serve the goals of sustainable development, reflecting the investor's vision and green message.

The building’s façade stands out with its vertical green fins, inspired by coconut leaves—a symbol closely tied to the origins of Betrimex’s products. These fins are intentionally arranged with varying angles and spacing to create dynamic light effects that shift with the sun’s movement, reminiscent of swaying coconut fronds. Beyond their symbolic branding value, the fins embody the investor’s design philosophy oriented toward sustainable, green agriculture.

The façade – a “bridge” between the building and nature
The green façade is not merely an aesthetic envelope but also a crucial technical solution that helps the building control solar radiation and reduce heat absorption. As a result, the building maximizes natural daylight while maintaining stable indoor temperatures, enhancing natural ventilation, and reducing reliance on air conditioning—ultimately saving energy and improving operational efficiency in a sustainable way.
The rhythmic variation in the design of the vertical fins creates soft, moving shadow patterns across the façade. This intersection of functionality and aesthetics brings the façade to life, adding depth and offering users a daily experience that feels closely connected to nature. It highlights the importance of a high-quality, thoughtfully designed façade system that engages visually while harmonizing with the environment and people.

The façade – where technology, inspiration, and green commitment converge
Betrimex Tower is not only a LEED GOLD-certified building but also a vivid declaration of how architecture can embody the philosophy of sustainable development. Through the façade system implemented by BM Windows, every detail serves not only functionality and aesthetics but also acts as a "green language" telling the story of the company’s identity, origins, and long-term vision. In an era when buildings are designed not just to be constructed but to live in harmony with nature, BM Windows is proud to contribute architectural envelopes that possess technical depth, broad connectivity, and high value.
