BM Windows activates Project Lead role for its next stage of growth
As BM Windows enters a new phase of growth, the Company is strengthening its organizational and operational model with a stronger focus on specialization, accountability, and execution excellence. The activation of the Domestic and International Project Lead roles marks a strategic step toward enhancing project delivery capability and building a more professional, efficient, and sustainable operating platform.
Amid new growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets, BM Windows continues to drive transformation across its organizational structure, training activities, and operating model. These changes are part of the Company’s long-term direction to build a more specialized, effective, and sustainable management system, in which the Project Lead role is positioned as a key link in the next stage of development.
This transition carries strategic significance, reflecting BM Windows’ commitment to strengthening its competitiveness, improving project execution efficiency, and responding more effectively to the specific requirements of each market.
To reinforce the new operating model and ensure consistent implementation across the organization, BM Windows organized the Action Plan Presentation program for International Project Leads on May 7 and Domestic Project Leads on May 9.

Through the program, the Project Lead team had the opportunity to present their action plans, implementation directions, and practical solutions to meet the operational requirements of the new phase. This also marks an important starting point in developing a team of project drivers with strong expertise, strategic thinking, and a proactive mindset, ready to accompany BM Windows on its continued growth journey.
In parallel with strengthening its organizational model, BM Windows continues to promote training programs, workshops, and technical seminars to enhance team capability, foster a learning culture, and strengthen collaboration across the entire system.
