BM Windows officially implements SAP ERP system
BM Windows has officially launched the implementation of the SAP ERP system in collaboration with FPT, marking an important milestone in the Company’s journey toward operational standardization, greater transparency, and comprehensive digital transformation. The project is expected to establish a modern management platform, connect data across the organization, and enhance operational efficiency throughout the entire system.
Following a thorough preparation phase, BM Windows has officially implemented the SAP ERP system together with FPT. This marks a significant step forward in the Company’s commitment to standardizing operations, strengthening transparency, and building readiness for a comprehensive digital transformation journey.
SAP will serve as a core enterprise management platform, enabling BM Windows to standardize processes, connect data across the Company, and improve overall operational efficiency. The system will be applied to key business functions, including sales, procurement, project management, finance and accounting, and production.
With its specialized operations in façade design, manufacturing, and installation, the implementation of SAP will support BM Windows in managing and controlling project execution more effectively. This is also a strategic move toward building a “digital core” — a central digital foundation that connects the Company’s systems, data, and operating processes.
The project kick-off was attended by the Board of Directors, the Project Management Team, and implementation partner FPT. The event provided an opportunity for all parties to align on project objectives, reinforce commitment, and strengthen collaboration throughout the implementation process, with the shared goal of building a more modern, transparent, and efficient operating platform.
Representing BM Windows, Mr. Nguyen Tri Kien, Chief Financial Officer, took part in the signing ceremony with the representative of FPT, officially marking the start of the SAP implementation project at BM Windows.
With the strong commitment of the Board of Directors, the Project Team, and the entire Company, SAP is expected to become BM Windows’ new operating foundation — more standardized, faster, and more transparent — while supporting the Company’s next leap in scale and future growth.
