BM WINDOWS accelerates the implementation of key domestic projects
Alongside its international projects, BM WINDOWS is continuing to accelerate the implementation of a series of key domestic projects in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, Quang Binh, Phu Quoc, and more. Spanning multiple segments, including mixed-use commercial and hospitality developments, luxury residences, offices, resorts, and aviation infrastructure, these projects demonstrate BM WINDOWS’ increasingly comprehensive capability in accompanying large-scale developments across Vietnam.
One Central Saigon
The project has recently completed two important testing milestones: VMU and PMU, with the participation of the developer Masterise Group and consultants including Artelia, Buro Happold, Inno, and others. Located at a heritage site opposite Ben Thanh Market, One Central Saigon brings together The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon hotel, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon branded residences, Grade A+ offices, and a premium commercial and service ecosystem. The completion of VMU and PMU provides an important foundation for BM WINDOWS to move into the mass implementation phase.

Parc Hanoi
Parc Hanoi has begun installing its first façade panels. Featuring large-scale Unitized façade systems, triple Low-E glass, and decorative aluminium fins, the project is gradually taking shape with a modern and elegant appearance, while targeting LEED and WELL green standards.

Also in Hanoi, SL Urban Complex at Starlake Tay Ho Tay has completed PMU testing, marking an important preparation milestone for the next phase of implementation of Takashimaya’s first shopping mall in the capital.

In addition, Lumi Hanoi and K8HH1 | Starlake The Prime are continuing to make progress in façade implementation. At K8HH1, BM WINDOWS is installing panel systems across three towers, gradually completing the modern and sophisticated appearance of this luxury project in Tay Ho Tay.

Projects in Da Nang and Central Vietnam
In Da Nang, Nobu Hotel & Residences Da Nang is preparing for VMU and PMU before entering the mass production ordering phase. Times Square Da Nang has installed its first panels at a prime location along Vo Nguyen Giap – Pham Van Dong – Duong Dinh Nghe, opposite East Sea Park and near My Khe Beach. Meanwhile, Olalani Da Nang has completed around 85% of its scope and is currently installing external fins while preparing for inspection and handover.

At Ba Na Hills Eco-Tourism Area, BM WINDOWS is implementing the hotel package, with installation works controlled by zone to stay aligned with the overall schedule and targeted for completion in August 2026. In parallel, preparation for the glass roof scope is also underway, with completion expected in July 2026.

In Central Vietnam, Dolce Penisola Quang Binh further expands BM WINDOWS’ portfolio of hospitality and resort projects.

In addition to ongoing projects, BM WINDOWS is also carrying out initial preparation works for several new developments, including CMC Creative Space Complex – Hanoi, Ciputra Hanoi International City – Hanoi, Sora III, Narra Residences – MU8, Phu Quoc Airport – Terminal T2, Trellia Cove – Mizuki CC5, The Harmonie, and Solaria Rise Waterpoint – Long An.
Each project marks a milestone in the journey of shaping urban beauty through façade solutions, contributing to the completion of modern, sustainable, and architecturally valuable developments across Vietnam.
