BM Windows craftsmanship contest

With the aim of creating a practical playground for workers to have a chance to exchange experiences and skills, BM Windows Factory has just held a  Craftsmanship Contest on September 16th.

BM Windows Craftsmanship Contest is a great opportunity for young workers to demonstrate their abilities as well as to improve their income. This contest also raises the movement to increase the quality of workmanship, meet the increasing quality requirements of the factory.

The BM Windows Craftsmanship Contest will be held annually

The contest is held with many engaging prizes including: Team Award, Best Individual Award and Best Team Leader Award. The contest had attracted a large number of factory workers. In the final, the highest win went to the excellent team completed the complete set from the process of receiving drawings to packaging finished products with fastest time, most accurate in technical standards and most beautiful product. During the contest, all team were under close supervision of judges to ensure fairness as well as observing technical standards.

Highly skilled contesters will be able to raise their incomes and attend specialized training courses.

This year’s contest closed with the smile and joy of all the factory workers when their abilities, dedications and efforts were recognized and further developed by the Board of Directors.
