BM Windows Partners with Leading Australian Stakeholders as Façade Supplier for 55 Pitt Street A New Green Landmark in Sydney

Continuing its journey of delivering world-class architectural projects, BM Windows is honored to be selected as the façade supplier for 55 Pitt Street—a contemporary architectural icon rising in the heart of Sydney’s central business district.
This prestigious project presents BM Windows with the opportunity to collaborate with Australia’s foremost industry leaders, united by a shared vision to create a sustainable urban landmark for future generations, right in the heart of Sydney.
Developed by Mirvac—Australia’s leading property group known for its strategic vision and strong commitment to sustainability—55 Pitt Street exemplifies a new generation of commercial office towers, designed to meet the world’s most rigorous environmental standards. The project also marks a strategic collaboration between BM Windows and a top-tier partner in Australia’s façade industry: Core Facade Delivery Management (CoreFDM) - The local façade contractor and one of Australia’s most respected façade specialists, with a proven track record of delivering major landmark projects across the country.
Rising to 238.1 meters across 55 levels, 55 Pitt Street is designed by the globally renowned architectural alliance SHoP Architects – Woods Bagot and Prism Facades. The development occupies a premium site with triple frontage along Pitt, Underwood, and Dalley Streets. Located steps from the Sydney Opera House, Circular Quay, and the city’s central ferry terminal, the project offers unmatched connectivity and a prominent position within Sydney’s skyline.
Inspired by the fluidity of Sydney Harbour and the cultural heritage of the Gadigal people, the building features a distinctive, expressive façade language. A defining element of the façade design is its gracefully curved geometry, which sets the building apart even among Sydney’s most prominent structures. The use of terracotta cladding contributes both aesthetic warmth and environmental performance, enhancing thermal insulation and aligning with the project's sustainability ambitions.

As the façade systems supplier, BM Windows was involved from the early stages in researching and developing technical solutions. BM Windows’ international experts and engineering team traveled to Australia to work closely with the investor and design consultants, gaining a deep understanding of local requirements, technical standards, and climatic conditions. This close collaboration allowed BM Windows to propose optimized solutions that balance technical performance, aesthetic value, and long-term sustainability.

With a forward-thinking mindset, unwavering focus, and deep commitment to sustainable engineering, BM Windows has successfully delivered a façade package that embodies the highest levels of quality, innovation, and compliance. Being selected for the 55 Pitt Street project marks not only a tremendous honor but also a strategic milestone in BM Windows’ global journey—affirming the company’s position as a leading Vietnamese façade contractor making its mark on the world’s most iconic developments.
