BM Windows won bid for three major projects

With prestige and experience in designing, providing and constructing aluminum-glazed products for national key projects, just within the first two months of 2017, BM Windows announced the successful bid of three major projects, including Nine South Estates (Vina Nam Phu), Diamond Island (Kusto Home) and M-One Nam Sai (Thao Dien).

Nine South Estates luxury villas Project

Nine South Estates project is owned by Vina Nam Phu (VinaCapital). The project is adjacent to Nguyen Huu Tho street, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, including 355 garden town villas and 26 riverside villas. In this project, BM Windows is in charge of deploying aluminum door and window categories. BM Windows will construct the project within 09 months (from April to December 2014).

Nine South Estates project

Diamond Island Project

Diamond Island is a luxury apartment, resort project in the heart of District 2 invested by Kusto Home. BM Windows works on door, window and glass railing categories for the project. BM Windows will complete construction works and hand them over to investors in March 2018.

M-One Nam Sai gòn

Saigon South Apartment M-One belongs to TCO Development & Thao Dien Investment. The project consists of a single tower and a 25 stories twin tower, 2 stories shop house and Vinmart supermarket on the ground floor. BM Windows will deploy the doors, windows, glass bathrooms of the project and expect to complete in October 2017.
