Building and developing an organic workforce
Recently, a project seminar took place with the participation of the Board of Directors and related departments such as Project Management Unit, Site Manager, Engineering Division, Engineering Department.
The seminar covered two main topics: “Building and developing an organic workforce” and “Project management process”
During the seminar, the Construction Resource Management Department set targets for an organic workforce. Accordingly, this workforce will be the pioneer in the construction of challenging items, VIP projects, and provide support for urgent projects. The Construction Resource Management Department also proposed recruitment and training plans to build the workforce.
