Completing the last unitized panel of Marina Central Tower

Nestled in the heart of Ba Son, District 1 - the city's "diamond" district - The Sun Tower, a 55-story architectural masterpiece by Masterise Homes, is identified as one of the city’s largest office complexes. It offers 6-star amenities and branded residences, providing ultra-luxurious experiences exclusively for the elite.

The final unitized panel, which is also the 4.772nd unitized panel, has just been successfully installed by BM Windows on the 55th floor of the Marina Central Tower at a height of 240 meters. 

The integration of the unitized system with fins creates an optimal synergy, enhancing the value and style of the project. This unitized approach ensures consistency and precision during installation while enhancing the building's aesthetic and performance qualities. The incorporation of fins not only emphasizes a strong visual component but also improves the uniformity and thermal efficiency of the structure.

The vision and systematic investment by the international real estate developer Masterise Homes, along with the involvement of leading international partners in the project such as: TwoG/ NTA for architectural design, façade consultancy from DPF, FPS for volumetric analysis, and Mace for project management...have together created a new architectural masterpiece in the heart of Saigon. This contributes to enhancing the city's urban landscape, making it increasingly elegant and modern.

This significant moment marks an important milestone for both the project and BM Windows in our journey to create the third tallest façade in Ho Chi Minh City, a new symbol of the city's skyline.
