The completion of 240m-high façade icon Marina Central Tower

Designed with a tiered structure inspired by the terraced fields of Vietnam, the façade of Marina Central Tower presents a complex challenge consisting of over 30 major and minor elements with various special shapes. This architectural uniqueness brings about numerous challenges in structure and façade engineering. This requires façade engineers at BM Windows to select the most optimal methods to realize the beauty of this iconic project.

• Unitized systems are one of the largest façade categories delivered to Marina Central Tower, which shape the project's façade architecture. The remarkable aspect of these unitized systems is not only their enormous quantity but also their oversized dimensions, installed at elevations reaching up to 240m. This requires BM Windows for meticulous planning and coordination from the design and production phases all the way to construction.
• One of the standout features of the Marina Central Tower architecture is the unique sunshade system in the networking area from the 36th - 44th floor, with tiered design at a height of 200m. This is also the only height of a sky garden in Southeast Asia.
• The canopy of Marina Central Tower, slanted at 60 degrees and rising 22 meters, adds a modern and impressive look to the project, completed to high aesthetic standards.
