The exquisite manufacturing process of IFC Saigon façade

Behind the impressive façade of IFC One Saigon is the meticulous and professional manufacturing process at the factory of BM WINDOWS.

To adapt to the curved facades of the tower, 20 options of triangle panels are designed and manufactured by BM WINDOWS with different variable angles. Large panel sizes and symmetrical design require perfectionism and strict quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

After the profile frame system is assembled, aluminum and glass panels are installed into the frame. Completely different from the conventional façade method, large glass panels of IFC One Saigon are placed under the supporting frame system. In addition, with 6 different aluminum colors but quite similar in shades, the management process must confront many challenges. After being completely manufactured at the factory, the panels will be transported to the site by BM WINDOWS.

With the large sizes, every panel is designed with a separate rack system to maintain the quality intact, then dispatched to the construction site by oversize trucks.
