Following success of Imperia Hai Phong Project, in April, BM won the second unitized façade project Hilton Saigon, five star hotel, Investor – Sai Gon Cuu Long Corporation.

WHY HILTON SAI GON IS “MEGA-PROJECT”

Hilton Saigon with height of 40 stories, higher than Vietcombank tower with 35 stories, becomes the third tallest building in HCMC (after Landmark 81 and Bitexco). The project is located at Me Linh Square, District 1 – the most favorable location, the golden land in Ho Chi Minh City. BM Windows will implement the entire unitized façade system.

Hilton Saigon is the first step for BM Windows confidently conquered new high technical façade

All of the aluminum glazed profiles are strictly complied with the strict requirements of Investor and Arcadis, design consultant. Particularly, Crown item – the highlight in the top of the tower, BM Windows will directly design and build. The main features of the project are Low-E glass, which is following American standard, saving energy; Alu-composite panels, which is high flame retardant and lighting system. Especially, the unitized façade system of the tower and the semi – unitized glass partition of the podium are earthquake resistant structures.
