How does BM Windows meet 5-star Pullman standard?

The 5-star hotel – Pullman Hai Phong, is located in the center of the phoenix city, with a scale of 32 floors, 01 basement, 320 hotel rooms. BM Windows meets the “5-star” standard of the project, complying with the strict requirements of the Investors on aesthetics of architectural design, technical specifications as well as the quality of works.

The project includes total of 12,000 m² glazing aluminum, 13,000 m² of decorative aluminum panel, 1,700 m² of balustrade and 3,000 m² of aluminum perforated panel. It’s imposible not to mention the highlight products as:

1. Premium imported materials: glass from Malaysia, decorative aluminum panel from South Korea, accessories from Germany
2. The curved aluminum and glass façade, showing the distinctive feature of the project’s architecture, requiring high installation techniques and complex construction methods.
3. Unique design of 72 staggered balconies, 3-motor gondola system is applied to speed up the progress.
4. The podium façade consists of 8.5m high glass needs heavy equipment for transportation and skilful construction team for installation.
5. All balustrade is designed without pillars, creating a luxurious and modern space.
6. Fully tempered glass of 17.52mm thickness and heat-strengthened glass of 13.52mm thickness.

The complex items of the project are clear up with technical solutions as well as professional construction methods. Having been manufactured and installed since December 2019, BM Windows has now completed more than 70% of the project volume and is expected to be handed-over to the Investors in October 2020.
