KICK-OFF KOSMO TAY HO – NEWTATCO PROJECT
Wining the mega-projects such as Hilton Saigon, OneHub Saigon, Vinhomes Imperia Hai Phong,… BM Windows keeps being awarded many projects like The Lancer (One Verandah), Charmington Tân Sơn Nhất, Newtatco, Aqua Bay, The Manor Central Park, Celedon City,… Among these projects, Kosmo Tay Ho – Newtatco will be kicked off this June.
Kosmo Tay Ho – Newtatco, located in Xuan Tao ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Ha Noi, is belong to Newtatco – Refico Clients. The project is designed to be complex building with luxury apartments and modern entertainment areas in the middle of the capital city.

The project consists of 3 towers with 22-30-35 floors. All the apartments has the full city view, natural light, saving energy thank to the design of glass wall. The shopping mall is covered by 3.000 m2 aluminum composite, creating the stylist and futuristic symbol. This project is anticipated to handover by April 2019 to Newtatco – Refico Client.
