The MarQ – Where I change

“The MarQ is my first project at BM Windows. From construction to aluminum and glass is really different. Here, the supervisor is both a specialist and a manager. Experts must grasp the design, construction drawings and have knowledge of aluminum and glass in order to have a suitable construction plan. Managers must control work to ensure progress for the project to finish on time. For me, when changing the environment, there was a transition period that has not kept pace, but with a positive thought and through the process of participating in the course “Site engineer” organized by BM Windows, with the open exchange of my colleagues, I have gradually understood and liked this new job. “
