The Nine affirms its position through the state-of-art façade

Starting from 2019, The Nine by GP.INVEST is expected to be one of the most opulent and modern condominium complexes in Hanoi. Located at a strategic golden point on Pham Van Dong street, this proud 30-storey building is a masterpiece by architect Eric Morrison, which wins the most skeptical customers of the high-class segment.

32.000m2 aluminium-glazing of this project, including Semi-Unitized façade, sliding door, swing door, top hung window, louver, baluster, glass wall, glass canopy, etc., are all constructed by BM Windows.

Most notably, BM Windows has used the 26mm Low-E double glass and Argon gas solution to make the project’s façade, helping control the solar energy transmitted to the indoors and insulate noise.

Planned to be completed at the end of October, The Nine will certainly be a new focal point in the urban map.
