Introducing a new milestone that marks a powerful transformation for BM WINDOWS, through The One project in Toronto. This project has just been unveiled as Canada's new landmark, soaring 91 stories high. It embodies the dedication of the prestigious real estate developer, Mizrahi Developments, and has been designed by the world-renowned architectural firm, Foster + Partners.

Encompassing the entirety of iconic values from design, architecture, location, to prominence, The One lives up to its name: unique and exclusive, much like a crown reigning atop Toronto's skyline.

Moreover, the façade of The One encompasses all the highest technical specifications of a 'super-tall' building, along with the stringent standards of the North American region. In this project, BM Windows will manufacture over 38 different types of panels, totaling a unitized panel volume exceeding 7,000 units. The entire façade system produced by BM Windows undergoes rigorous scrutiny by ASTM International - the American Society for Testing and Materials, ensuring its resilience against the harsh temperate climate in Canada, which can plummet to as low as -18 degrees Celsius. The system is engineered to withstand wind pressures at towering heights of up to 4.0 kPa, while also meeting benchmarks for structural integrity, building displacement, thermal insulation, soundproofing, airtightness, and exceptional durability.
