The Parametric Facade of the Viettel Hoa Lac Project

In architecture, the term "parametric" is used to describe a contemporary avant-garde design style that utilizes parameters to calculate various details, such as quantity, distance, and more, to create spatial geometry transformation values. This design style typically incorporates standard geometric shapes such as squares, circles, and rectangles.

The Viettel Technical Center boasts a robust cube-shaped structure with softened corners created by curved panels. The building's four sides feature a honeycomb-like design with layered, gradually smaller holes as they ascend.

This project is a prime example of a double-skin design, consisting of highly technical components. BM Windows utilized Building Information Modeling (BIM) to develop the project's model and evaluate and analyze the overall architectural solution to ensure perfect fabrication and construction details in accordance with the investor's vision.

After more than a year of construction, BM Windows has completed the project, resulting in a remarkable and unparalleled "giant honeycomb" design that stands out as a unique and impressive architectural masterpiece.
